Under the leadership of Chairman Becky Anderson, CEO Paul Anderson and President Scott Lunceford, the company has grown from a small home-based business to one of the largest privately held, woman-owned candle companies in North America.
For Every Body began in 1995 when Becky Anderson became concerned about the quality of bath and body products available in the market. Having studied chemistry in college, Becky knew many bath and body products included petroleum, mineral oil, alcohol, and other harsh chemicals as fillers.
Motivated by her knowledge and passion, Becky enlisted a few renowned chemists to help her develop an exclusive line of lotions, body washes, gels and splashes that were all-natural and safe to use. The combination of organic ingredients and unique fragrances created overwhelming consumer demand. What started as a home based business with a family working hard to succeed developed into a small retail store in a local mall and has grown into a large wholesale producer, with products in multiple large retail chains and thousands of small independent retailers.
Over the years For Every Body has continued to develop and expand to meet consumer needs. In 1997, Becky introduced a line of soy based candles to compliment the bath and body line the got For Every Body started. The candles became a huge success and grew to become the main focus, turning For Every Body into a fragrance company, driven by the latest fashion trends in the marketplace. You can find these fashion forward candles, warmers and other fragrance products in retailers near you, such as Kohl's, Lowe's, Bed Bath and Beyond, Fred Meyer, Shop Ko, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Ross.
Due to the overwhelming popularity of the soy based candles, For Every Body created a direct sales division aptly named, For Every Home in 2007.
